Green Emergency Management Services (GEMS) and the Emergency Management External Affairs Association (EMEAA) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to solidify a working relationship to enhance emergency management at all levels of government, private sector, and nonprofit organizations throughout the world.
